This Privacy Policy aims to explain how Chatify may collect, store, process, share, transfer, and handle the User’s Personal Data during the use of the Platform. This Privacy Policy applies to the User’s Personal Data when visiting, browsing, using, or purchasing anything on the Platform and does not apply to sites, platforms, or services not owned or controlled by Chatify, including partner sites and services.

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Chatify collects all information entered by the User on the Platform, such as registration data, responses in surveys and polls, etc. In summary, Chatify collects all information actively made available by the User while using the Platform. The User is aware that they provide this information consciously and voluntarily.

Chatify also collects information automatically when the User accesses and uses the Platform, such as device and browser characteristics, access data such as IP, date, time, and duration, approximate location, information about clicks, pages accessed, search terms entered, information about social media usage, etc. Chatify may also use technologies to collect information about the User such as cookies, pixel tags, beacons, etc.

Chatify may use all the information obtained through the Platform at any time and at its sole discretion, whether for case studies, data analysis, statistics, dissemination of consumption indices, consumer market parameterization, or for any other purpose necessary to achieve Chatify’s business objectives, being expressly authorized by the User to disclose these results, studies, analyses, statistics, and surveys to third parties.

The User understands and agrees that the Platform is accessible through search services, and pages with user names and content published by them may be indexed, so the removal of personal data and other information must be requested directly to the respective search services, and Chatify is not responsible for taking any action in this regard.

The User authorizes the use of their personal image, including photos, videos, screenshots of conversations, and others, for the dissemination of real testimony about Chatify in advertising campaigns. The User may request removal at any time by email.

The information collected through the Platform is duly authorized by the User, who hereby expresses their free, explicit, and informed consent regarding the collection of such information, for the purposes of Article 7, Section IX, of Law 12,965/2014 (Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework).

2. USE AND HANDLING OF INFORMATION

All the information registered and collected on the Platform is used for the execution of its activities, to improve the user navigation experience on the Platform, and for advertising purposes.

It is important to note that the Platform may contain links to other pages, including partners, which have privacy policies different from the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Chatify is not responsible for the collection, use, sharing, and storage of your data by those responsible for such pages outside its platform.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

Chatify may share the data collected through the Platform: (i) With its customers and partners when necessary or appropriate for the provision of related services; (ii) when necessary for Chatify’s business activities; (iii) to protect Chatify’s interests in any type of conflict, including legal actions; (iv) in the case of transactions and corporate changes involving Chatify, in which case the transfer of information will be necessary for the continuity of the company; (v) by court order or at the request of administrative authorities with legal competence to request them.

4. STORAGE OF INFORMATION

The information provided by the User on the Platform will be stored by Chatify on its own or contracted servers, either nationally or internationally.

Chatify makes all reasonable market efforts to ensure the security of its systems in safeguarding this data, such as: (i) the use of standard and market methods to encrypt and anonymize the collected data; (ii) the use of software to protect against unauthorized access to the Platform’s systems; (iii) granting access only to persons established at locations where the information is stored; (iv) internal policies to maintain information security; (v) signing contracts with employees who have access to the User’s information, aiming to establish the obligation of absolute confidentiality and data confidentiality, under penalty of civil and criminal liability according to Brazilian legislation. However, due to the nature of the internet, it is impossible to guarantee that malicious third parties will not succeed in improperly accessing the User’s information.

Chatify and its suppliers use several security procedures to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your Personal Data, preventing potential damage due to the processing of this data.

5. DATA DELETION REQUEST

The User may request Chatify to delete the information mentioned in this Privacy Policy via email. Chatify will make every effort to meet all deletion requests as quickly as possible.

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data collected by the Chatify application, follow the instructions below to ensure your request is processed correctly.

a) How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the following means:

Email: Send an email to contato@chatify.marketing with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” In the body of the email, provide the following information so we can identify your account and process the request: Your full name, The email address associated with your Chatify app account, Any other relevant information that will help us locate your data (such as user ID or username).

b) Verification Process

After receiving your request, we will take the following steps to verify your identity and ensure the deletion request is genuine:

You may receive an email requesting additional information or proof of identity to ensure the request is valid. Once your identity is confirmed, we will begin the process of deleting the personal data from our systems.

c) Processing Time

The data deletion process may take up to [insert applicable number of days, e.g., 30 days] from the date of receipt of the request. During this period, your data will be removed from our active and backup databases, in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable legal regulations.

d) Deletion Confirmation

e) Partial Deletions or Exceptions

Your Chatify app account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to the associated services. All data stored about you will be permanently removed from our systems, except for data that we are legally obligated to retain.

6. COOKIES

A cookie is a small text file that is stored and read in the user’s browser by the websites they visit. Almost all websites use cookie technology to optimize their functionalities. Cookies also make your interactions with websites more secure and faster, as they can remember your preferences (e.g., login and language), sending the information they contain back to the original server (first-party cookie) or to another server (third-party cookie) when the User revisits the respective website with the same device.

The User can block the use of cookies through their browser settings, being aware that this action may prevent the proper functioning of the Platform.

Additionally, the Platform may use third-party cookies to provide advertising services, such as Google Ads, which will also receive information about the User.

7. ACCEPTANCE

The User’s acceptance of this Privacy Policy occurs automatically as they use the Platform.

Chatify reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Chatify recommends that the User check this Privacy Policy periodically to stay updated.

If the User does not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with using the Platform.
